Ogbogu Ugochukwu Christian’s research focuses on the industrial/organisational, occupational and general psychology at large. Purpose is to enhance the dignity and performance of human beings, and the organisations they work in, by advancing the science and knowledge of human behaviour relying extensively on scientific – quantitative methods and testing techniques, using empirical data and statistics rather than clinical judgement to make decisions.
Articles of Ogbogu, Ugochukwu Christian have been published both in national and international daily record of events portraying psychology scientific nature, perspectives and nature -connections , demonstrating the relevance of psychology in multiple ways, psychological principles and concepts formation more concrete by connecting them to current, real- word experiences .
Other interest includes psychological resilience and self compassion as correlates of psychological well-being, work family conflict, emotional exhaustion and organisational hostility, death anxiety on human psychological well-being, job insecurity and deviant work place behaviour etc.

Ogbogu, Ugochukwu Christian obtained his BSc(Hon) and MSc(Industrial/Organisational Psychology),1999 and 2003 respectively at the University of Nigeria Nsukka, ph.D inview . In 2019, he had his practical training in Psychotherapy and Health Sciences, Anambra State, affiliated to Sigmund Freud University, Vienna Austria.

One of the Ogbogu, Ugochukwu Christian’s major goals is establishing the psychology of science as a healthy and independent study of science within our context, along the line of history, philosophy and human science. He has single handly published a book tilted Determinants of behaviour: A psychological analysis. He has served as a consultant to numerous psychology departments, has edited teaching critical thinking/emotional intelligence works in psychology. He has also, held teaching and administrative positions(HOD, DEAN), at the Madonna University, Nigeria Okija- campus.”
