Ogugua C. Ozioko is a Lecturer in the Department of Entrepreneurship, Madonna University, Nigeria. He is a human resource manager dedicated to advancing sustainable solutions for resolving workplace grievances/conflicts and managing staff turnover. Holding an M.Sc in Public Administration from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, and currently running his PhD programme in Public Administration, Madonna University, Nigeria. He specializes in Human resource management with a special interest in employee relations, training and development. He has a strong focus on bridging research with practical applications. His scholarly contributions include peer-reviewed publications and conferences. Mr. Ozioko is a passionate educator, mentor and an entrepreneurship enthusiast. He actively engages in academic discussions, shaping the next generation of human resource managers and entrepreneurs through teaching and advocacy.
