MADONNA UNIVERSITY, NIGERIA - HOW TO MAKE MEDICAL TEST PAYMENTS ( FRESH APPLICANTS - 2026/2027 ACADEMIC SESSION)

       Step 1: Portal Login

  1. Go to the official registration portal: https://madonna.skool-board.com
  2. Enter your unique Applicant Number in the Username field (labeled as matric field).
  3. Enter your First Name (case-sensitive) as your password.
  4. Click on the Login button

      Step 2: Navigate to Payments Menu

  1. Once successfully logged into your student dashboard, locate the top navigation menu.
  2. Click or hover over the Payment option.
  3. From the drop-down menu options, select Other Payment.

       Step 3: Verify the Default Parameters

  1. The portal will load the payment filtering page.
  2. Note that the fields automatically default to 2025/2026 for the session and Second Semester for the semester box. Do not search with these parameters.

       Step 4: Update Filter for the 2026/2027 Academic Session

  1. Click the Session selection drop-down and choose 2026/2027.
  2. Click the Semester selection drop-down and choose First Semester.
  3. Click on the navy blue SEARCH button to pull up the changes for the new session.

        Step 7: Retrieve and Copy Your Invoice Number.

  1. An official e-Invoice slip will be generated with your personal breakdown and a barcode.
  2. Locate and carefully copy the unique Invoice No which starts with the prefix ‘MNT….’.
  3. Click the web Instruction link or proceed to the Quickteller platform directly.

    Alternative Bank payment Option: You may print out the e-Invoice page generated in step 7 and take it directly to any commercial bank branch nationwide. Request the teller to process the payment under “Interswitch paydirect for Madonna University School Fees”

       Step 5: Select the Medical Test Item.

  1. Once the page reloads the fees, look at the horizontal tabs and clicks on the Medical tab.
  2. Locate Medical Test in the item list table below (Valued at N30,000).
  3. Check the SELECT checkbox on the right side of the row.
  4. Click on the View-Cart / Checkout button that appears.

       Step 8: Complete Web Checkout Via Quickteller.

  1. Navigate to: https://quickteller.com/MADONNA_UNIVERSITY.
  2. Supply your active Mobile Number or Email Address.
  3. Paste the copied INVOICE NUMBER (MNT…) in the field provided.
  4. Under the drop-down labelled ‘Select an Option’, choose MADONNA UNIVERSITY – MEDICAL.
  5. Click Continue to load the verified payment details, then choose your preferred payment channel (Debit card or Direct Bank Transfer) to finish.

       Step 6: Review Payment Summary

  1. The portal will present a complete breakdown of the item selected on the Payment Summary Page.
  2. Verify that the total amount reads N30,000.
  3. Click on the blue Pay with interswitch(Generate Invoice) button at the bottom.

Things To Know First

Five (5) O’ Level Credit Level Passes at not more than two sittings to include English Language and Mathematics and three (3) other subjects relevant to course of study.

  • All prospective undergraduates who scored up to 150 in the most recent JAMB UTME are qualified to apply including those who did not choose Madonna as first choice.
  • The above cut-off mark applies to all other courses except Law (190), Medicine (180), Pharmacy (160), and Nursing (170).
  • Candidates awaiting SSCE result or its equivalent are also eligible to apply for admission provided the result will be available on resumption.
  • Form is available online for Applicants. Open this link, fill and submit the form online.
  • Screening and Admission forms are FREE
  • All intending Candidates must undergo medical examination in Madonna University Medical Centres on payment of necessary medical fees.
